Review: Good product - The first one I received was terrible. It just smashed the pill. I contacted desertcart and they quickly sent me another EZ Dose pill cutter. The first one was purple and this one is blue. Don't know if that makes a difference or not. I had one of this type for many years and it basically still works but the pusher part finally broke when a friend jammed and forced it. It stayed sharp and cut fine after an infinite number of pills. The new one they sent works wonderful. The pusher helps to get the pill cut dead center. I've had it several weeks and cut pills daily and it is just wonderful. Tip it over and catch the pills in your hand and do what you want with it. I use one half and leave the other half in the cutter until I use it later in the day. If you want a wonderful pill cutter, get this one. Just don't be in such a hurry that you jam it and then pound it down. This will serve you for many years with a wonderful precision. This is a little medical device and should be handled gently. Unfortunately, the blade in these is not replaceable, so need to buy a whole new one when the sharpness deteriorates. I bought one in November and it's broken already. I paid a little of $6.00 in November and now price is over $14.
