I ordered this online because 2 of my nearby supermarkets didn't carry it.I've used this oil in cooking for several decades and love it! Oils labelled simply "peanut oil"have almost no flavor at all [which is fine if that's what you want].But this "roasted peanut oil" has a wonderful peanut flavor., and is a healthy oil. It does good things to onionsand beef [and would probably enhance chicken as well]. It's my favorite cooking oil!
