I bought this to add small parts drawers to various areas of my workshop where I didn't want a monolithic storage unit like an Akro-Mills, but needed to organize parts here and there. The flexibility of this system is the primary value for me. At $2.25 per unit, this would be an expensive way to build a general purpose small storage system, even when you factor in the dividers. But if you need a few drawers here and there, this is a good system. The quality is so-so. Some drawers stick in the holder more than others. The divider tabs are not a good fit in the drawers. They get stuck about 3/4ths of the way into the slot and require you to shave them down with a utility knife to get them to fit better. They are also wider than the drawer and push the sides of the drawer out, making it more likely to stick. Again, shaving down the width with a utility knife fixes this problem. If you only need a couple of drawers, you will need to find a way to fasten the holder down so that you don't pull it out with the drawer. For my application I have about 6 stacked together and the combined weight of the contents keeps the grouped unit in place. In other places I only have a couple linked together and pulling a drawer out pulls the holder with it, so I used some double-sided tape to hold it in place. There is a good amount of space in the drawers compared to Akro-Mills storage drawers. The fact that they are clear lets you see the contents easily. The included label slot is a nice addition as well.

These seem to be made of a robust plastic far better than most part bin storage stuff out there. I'd have given it 5 stars but the bins can be separated from one another far too easily. This may be what your looking for, I had hoped for a more rigid locking system. Still, I'm happy I purchased them. The ability to fit them together however you like is working well for a different purpose than I originally intended.
