I just received a new machine. It s a real one. I use Kangen for years, i wanted this one it was so expensive in Canada. I took a chance. 😊 Don’t forget to clean every month with the solution Once a year the machine need a deep cleaning to keep it good (some company do this) Thanks 😊

ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE, THEY SENT IT TO ME WITH THE RETURN LABLE AUTHORIZATION SLIP ON THE INSIDE OF THE BOX. THEY NEVER SHOULD OF RESTOCKED IT FOR RESALE. HORRIBLY HANDLED.

Well packed for shipping. Very easy setup. Ionized water is good.

Be careful the fitting will come lose just check it at least once a week.

it come with package, but do not know have been use or not. because some water still remaining in tube.
