Great product!
Great idea! Something appropriate for in-town use :) UPDATE: This was a Christmas gift for my brother along with the tennis ball attachment and the Urban Warrior model. We spent hours shooting and had such a good time! The potatoes shoot pretty far and there is a loud satisfying boom with each shot. This would not be appropriate for a child to use without strict supervision as it could be dangerous. Easy to use and a wonderful product. I would purchase again.

Burnt Thumb and 3/15 Fire to Fail ratio.
Followed all instructions, read the safety literature, thing looked really cool like a better version of the potato guns are used to make as a kid. Did not fire very well, but did manage to get off three shots out of approximately 15 attempts. Unfortunately the third shot ruptured the seal near the igniter switch and it shot out of flame which burned the tip of my thumb right where it was pressing down on the igniter button. I was about to let my buddy take a shot with it, and sure am glad I didn’t. Not the end of the world, but the craftsmanship is definitely questionable and could lead to a little blister and burn with this one. I would recommend wearing gloves at the very least.

Tons of fun!
This thing is a lot of fun. It shoots further than I thought it would and is really easy to use. Getting the right hairspray/air ratio took a minute but once you figure that out it fires every time. They say not to shoot anything but potatoes but it works great as a candy cannon too. I put a damp rag down the barrel and filled the rest of the barrel with candy, it works really well!

Fun spud launcher
Hold it upright when spraying aqua net. Don’t get ignited wet. Wouldn’t say it goes 1/4 mile. But 1/4 spud duds. Would buy again! Fun and compact for packing on trips.

Works as advertised
Picked this up on a whim. It is great fun. It shoots with a satisfactory BANG and the potato slug goes off, above the trees and into the woods. I can get two slugs from a small potato. Using two quick blasts from the AquaNet does the trick. I found that using more than that made for misfires. I considering buying the larger model also.

ignitor lasted about 10 clicks
this is a really cool potato blaster and would be virtually perfect if they didn't cheap out on the ignitor. It literally lasted about 10-15 sparks and that was it. It fell apart. the rest of the gun is fine. They need to put a better ignitor in it.

Super fun!!
We have made potato canons in the past and these are very well built but small enough for the kids to operate WITH ADULT SUPERVISION. We were able to get this one to shoot approximately 50 yards. Which was surprising because that’s the same distance we got with the urban warrior canon as well. The trick is to use just the right amount of hairspray which takes a little trial and error. There are recommendations on the side of the canon, but exact amounts will vary based on the type of hairspray you use. Also key is to use a potato that has a greater diameter than the tube and jam it down in there, you have to have a good seal.

Powerful but not reliable according to the instructions
I have tried 3 different hair sprays, many different spark positions and 1,2,3,4,5 second spray times... it is just not doing what it should. I found the only thing that works is spraying hairspray into the muzzle for 5 seconds not trigger side and quickly placing the tennis ball attachment with the ball already loaded onto the knife side of the muzzle and then it works great, but once it gets too wet (3 shots) it does not work well... when it works it's awesome but it just isn't reliable according to the instructions
