Personally I think they're the best if they weren't I'd use something else
I had weight loss surgery in 2002 went from 345 lb down to well right now I'm 155 lb anyway my blood test get done twice a year full blood test as well as all vitamins and I've been absolutely perfect ever since the day of surgery and all my blood tests come back perfectly and this is what I take for my iron supplement I use one of those per day as well as one of the now irons and optimize folate and vitamin D3 and it works out literally perfect My iron couldn't be better

Highly recommend
A few years ago, I needed 5 iron infusions due to anemia. I had always been afraid to take iron supplements due to their tendency to cause constipation. My GI doctor recommended bifera and he was absolutely right. My iron levels are fine and I have had no GI issues as well. Highly recommend.

Effective and Easy on the Stomach
I have used this iron supplement for several years and have had excellent results keeping my iron levels where they need to be. I have not had any stomach difficulties with this particular formulation, which can be a problem with other brands.
