Wow! I was surprised the milk pitcher can make such a difference! This was my first time using the handless one and I love it! Not sure if I can put it in the dishwasher (probably not as the rubber part seems not good to be in it). pros: Makes a good vortex when you froth the milk and you'll see the difference how easily it can draw a latte art when you pour. cons: Only hand wash available and the white rubber part gets dirty soon if it's white.

My latte art was super inconsistent and overall pretty mediocre/bad before using the 20oz pitcher. I had a smaller, typical 14oz pitcher for my 12oz lattes. The larger size, no-handle, & large spout made it extremely easy & fun to do latte art. Love this thing .

I steam in a little pitcher then transfer to this one to practice latte art, so much more control and really comfortable to pour with.
