What setting do you use to make curly fries and do they come out as individual fries or do you have to cut that up?

Hello MK, Thanks for reaching out. Cut ends flat, remove bumps and blemishes. Peeling is optional. Using your BELLA Spiralizer on the linguine setting, turn potatoes into curly fries. How wide is the food chute?

I’m sorry I cannot answer for you. There was no instruction guide as to how to use this product. The chute looks really small. This product is not user friendly. I would advise against ordering online since things were missing—apparently the one I have was a returned item. Good luck to you.

Is the blade stainless steel?

There are several blades which are permanently fastened and are rotated to achieve the different output. They are all stainless. Can be put in dishwasher if desired.

Does this work on carrots?

I used it once for very large carrots and it worked great.
