I paid $149.99 for this item and I am so pleased with my purchase! Super easy to assemble and very comfortable! I have it at the highest setting, and have it hung by the actual grommets on the hammock and not by the chains. It is at a perfect height at that setting. I do wish it was about 2 inches higher but it’s still so comfy and easy to get in and out. Super happy with this purchase, and even happier I bought it when it was $35 less than it is now! I definitely recommend this product. I honestly use it almost daily! Easy to move around and I love laying in the shade reading a book in the afternoon.

After being outside less than two weeks, the grappled finish coating is starting to peel off at height adjustment point and it is already RUSTING. (See pic) At 5''2" I was slightly concerned the hammock might be too high off the ground for me to comfortably get into.. Not the case at all. At its highest setting, it is TOO LOW. You hang only a few inches off the ground. I am an experienced hammock user, but actually had significant trouble getting out of it. The first time I used it, the frame actually fell over as I was trying to get out. The hammock stand seemed sturdy enough for weight & length. And the hammock itself is comfortable. WEEKS AFTER RETURNING THE HAMMOCK & RECEIVING A 50% REFUND, I am still having to deal with this. The reason for the 'restocking fee' , of $70.00, was that the item was returned in a different condition than it was shipped. Well, it wasn't shipped with rust on it. That is exactly WHY I had to return it- unless they think it's acceptable for the FRAME TO RUST after being outside for EIGHT DAYS, it was either defective or of very poor quality. I have written them 3 or 4 times. What an inconvenience and waste of my time. Keep looking folks. You can do better.

When I first received my hammock, I noticed it was a bit wobbly, and I was concerned there might be a defect. I reached out to customer service, and I was absolutely blown away by their response. They got back to me quickly, genuinely listened to my concerns, and immediately offered solutions to make things right. They even offered to send a replacement, but since I didn’t need another hammock, we worked out a different solution. While the wobble is still there, I honestly don’t mind anymore because their support and dedication to customer satisfaction were incredible. It’s rare to find a company that truly stands behind their products and values their customers the way they do. Now, I can just relax and enjoy my hammock, knowing I bought from a company that actually cares. If you’re considering a purchase, do it—you’ll not only get a great product but also top-tier service if you ever need it. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love this hammock. We have had it for 3 years and use it very often. We love that it breaks down and stores small and is easy to bring places. However, it recently ripped and caused my husband to get injured and break his iPad. He was literally just sitting on the hammock completely still and it just ripped apart out of nowhere. I have been trying to reach out to the company for support to see if we can get a replacement hammock since the stand is still working fine. But there is no way to contact support. Granted we had it for three years, we still believe it should last longer than that, especially since we take care of it and put it away when not in use and try not to leave it in the sun.
