How much ferrous sulphate in this?

It is NOT ferrous sulfate, that is a different chemical. "Ferrous" means there is iron in it. Most studies show better bioavailability of ferrous bisglycinate AKA "chelated" iron. You should read up on what you're putting in your body...

Should there be cotton in the bottle?

This brand didn’t have cotton. Another brand I purchased did. The capsules are really not fragile. As far as I’m concerned, the cotton is just one more thing to end up in a land fill.

Is each capsule 325 mg of ron?

It is 18 mg. 365 is the Whole Foods brand.
