Great resistance
These weights are great. I have wrist issues and they are easy to hold. I use them in water aerobics class and they are perfect.

Great design!
These swimming pool “weights” are awesome. The cut outs provide a comfortable grip for your hands to work out your upper body, and I can fit my foot through the cut outs too for a great work out my lower body. For me these are the ultimate “weights” that use the water to create the resistance to work out my body. Very easy to use, comfortable grip and excellent design. 5 stars from me!

Very nice quality.
I very much like the quality of the Water Exercise Discs Water Weights. They look just like the picture on Amazon. They provide notably less resistance in the water than I anticipated, and putting two in each hand is not comfortable for my medium-sized female hands. It would be nice if varying resistance levels were available, so exercisers could select the resistance level that suits them best.

These are great weights to use in the pool as they really create a lot of resistance

Great gadget
Easy to carry yet medium weight when in the pool adds so much more to my aqua fit class and does not scratch my legs or arms like the hard plastic water weights provided at my gym. Love the deep blue color too.
