PUTS OTHER 'MACARONI PRODUCTS' TO SHAME...ACTUAL DURHAM WHEAT NOT A "MACARONI" PRODUCT...COOKED AS EXPECTED AND GAVE DISH A FANTASTIC AUTHENTIC FLAVOR. NO MORE 'MACARONI PRODUCT' FOR MY FAMILY. WORTH THE EXTRA $$ FOR ACTUAL NUTRITION.

taste great, love the bulk buy ability. i love hollow noodles so that the sauce gets inside of them as well, but sometimes i want a spaghetti or linguini type noodle and not penne or rigatonis. these are perfect!

Cooked up evenly and had a great chew while holding up to my carbonara just fine. Gave the dish excellent texture and mouth feel. Easy to prep. A tad on the pricey side but we’ll worth it for a treat meal.

Bucatini is now always found in my pantry! They are so much better(taste, consistency) than any noodle I have used in a pasta dish ! I found the name Bucatina in several of my Pinterest recipes and decided to buy, I found it almost impossible to find in my grocery store! I took the off chance and looked on Amazon. Voila! This brand is so delicious and the recipes I ve made with this pasta has been a win! My purchase included-two packages, The price point was very reasonable!

There is a great series this year called.. ""A Million Little Things""..... One of the characters wives owns a restaurant... I had never heard of bucatini pasta, until I believe it was a policeman that came in during the episode and asked for her famous ""Bucatini to-go"".... At that moment being 1/3 Italian, I had to try it... When I was small my mother never had it at home... This pasta is like linguine but the difference is there is a tiny hole in the center which absorbs whatever kind of sauce... I made it with an Alfredo sauce and broccolini... Another vegetable I had never tried... All I can say is try this pasta..unfortunately you will never go back to American pasta!!!
