Is this a good filter to use on a system with well water and placed after a sediment filter

This filter is an "under sink" filter that has worked for me with city water. Well water that is sediment filtered should be a good fit for this filter. Personally I use another filter after this one for additional purification.

Will this replace a Camco 42621 cartridge?

Patricia,These most likely will!Although these cartridges most likely will fit it seems that the Camco brand has a capped end. We can not say for sure if this will work for your application.
