How do I contact them?** A: I have a similar problem. There's no way to contact the seller. I received the package that was open and held with a rubber and then put in another envelope perfect lily in tact and clearly showing it was sent from the seller. Inside there was only one camera lenses protector, not the two as advertised. I orded two phone cases - the second one was in an unopened box sealed with the original plastic wrap with all pieces inside. **Q: Is the rose gold shiney on the edges?** A: The cases are clear, so it’s a translucent rose gold. **Q: Is this also compatible with iPhone 13 pro?** A: No, TAURI offers an iPhone 13 Pro compatible version of this case here though: https://amzn.to/3klDMvB ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great phone cover - would buy again! *by G***Y on January 2, 2024* I recently purchased the TAURI 5 in 1 Designed for iPhone 14 Plus Case, and I am beyond impressed with the quality and features of this product. This product is a solid 5-star winner! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's a pretty case. *by D***O on September 19, 2026* It's a pretty basic case. But it's nice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent! And not over priced! *by D***C on February 28, 2026* This is my second purchase of this Iphone 14 Pro Max phone case. The first one lasted 2 years. It had been dropped so many times, I know it would have broken the phone if I didn't have this case on it. I had purchased the clear "color', and my purple Iphone looked so nice! The case never yellowed, which is a real plus since clear plastic products usually yellow over time. Water never seeped through, and the screen cover never got scratched up. Eventually, after dropping the phone so many times, the cover for the camera had a crack in it. I know it wouldn't have made a difference, but I decided to look for another case. Another real plus is that it came with 2 screen covers, and 2 camera covers. Searching Amazon and reading reviews, I decided to purchase the same case! Why not, when it was so good the first time? My son even purchased one for his Iphone and is very happy he did. Delivery was quick. Excellent purchase and I would definitely recommend to others to purchase one. ## Frequently Bought Together - TAURI 3 in 1 for iPhone 14 Pro Max Case, Compatible with MagSafe [Not-Yellowing] with 2X Screen Protector, Military-Grade Protection, Magnetic Case for iPhone 14 Pro Max 6.7", Clear - Ailun 3 Pack Screen Protector for iPhone 14 Pro Max [6.7 inch] + 3 Pack Camera Lens Protector,Sensor Protection,Dynamic Island Compatible,Case Friendly Tempered Glass Film,[9H Hardness] - HD - Ailun 2Pack Privacy Screen Protector Compatible for iPhone 14 Pro Max[6.7 inch] + 2 Pack Camera Lens Protector, Anti Spy Private Tempered Glass Film, Case Friendly, [9H Hardness] - HD [Black] --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/469830200-tauri-for-iphone-14-pro-max-case-compatible-with-magsafe](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/469830200-tauri-for-iphone-14-pro-max-case-compatible-with-magsafe) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
