My 8 year old has small narrow feet so almost any type of shoe fits him. When I was in high school I always wanted a pair of Heely's but I am very clumsy so logically I would tire of hurting myself and never worn the shoes again. My sons have proven they didn't inherit my flaw by mastering hoverboards and skateboards so obviously I surprised them with these shoes. They both absolutely love them!!! I did measure both boys' feet before ordering but unfortunately I assumed that since they appear to be a "skater shoe style" so they are wide and flat which is a standard fitting but they aren't they are a little narrow and sizing is off. Most skater type shoes are wide and flat so when you skateboard you can properly grip and maneuver your board. So I ended up ordering another pair that is 2 sizes bigger than I ordered before because my 9 year old was pushing himself to wear these shoes and as a result has horrible blisters.
