It's time to make fish acclimation easier. Simply place the hooked end of your new Mrs. Dripper into your aquarium. Close the valve at the other end of the acclimation tube and pump the dripper bulb several times. Then, drop the tube into a bowl or bucket containing your new fish. Adjust the black dial to optimize your acclimation flow rate. Three drops per second is the ideal rate of flow to acclimate your new fish. MADE IN THE USA

I had to use the air valve off my air pump system instead of the water control valve that came with the dripper tube as it would NOT reduce the flow.  if you want a solid stream of tank water to acclimate with, this is perfect.  If you want to drip acclimate as the name implies, you might want to go with another brand or prepare to alter the product.
