No complaints, works perfectly

I bought these GE duplex to 6 outlet adaptors because they have 2 sets of pins that plug into the wall outlets. These and a lot of other similar adaptors come with a long screw that firmly holds the adaptor to the wall outlet, making it a firm, permanent installation. However, my electrician replaced my outlets with the new type decor outlets where the cover plate is held with 2 screws; there is no provision or threaded hole between the dual sockets for the provided screws to be used. I cannot find an adaptor that is compatible with these new outlets that use 2 screws to hold the face plates. But, since these GE outlet adaptors use both outlets, have 6 pins, they stay plugged in with essentially twice the pull of other adaptors that have only one set of plug pins to hold them in. I highly recommend them over the 3 pin adaptors. See images. The first image is the GE 2 into 6 adaptor with dual sets of pins. Notice there is no place for the securing screw to be used in the decor style wall outlet. The second & third images are what I found in most other adaptors. Only one set of 3 pins to hold adaptor in wall outlet, and zero screws even if they were installed in a standard wall outlet. The little plastic pin that plugs into the lower socket ground is fine until one of the kids pulls the cord out at an angle. Stay away from these poor designs.

Me encantó el producto es muy minimalista, permite agregar más conexiones a una toma sin necesidad de muchos cables y a diferencia de otros que he comprado este trae un tornillo en medio para anclarlo al que ya suelen traer otras tomas de pared, en mi caso mi conexión no tenía ese espacio para el tornillo pero igual se ancla muy bien y funciona de maravilla.

This simple outlet extender works great when your duplex outlet is powered by two separate circuits, that is, one circuit for the upper plugs and a separate circuit for the lower, since the device has two sets of blades which plug into the receiving outlet, and not one set like most other devices of this type. That’s because each bank of outlets on the device is powered separately. Of course, the receptacle powering the device containing two power feeds would have the connecting tang broken off to keep the upper and lower bank of circuits separate. Nevertheless this outlet extender would work equally well with a duplex receptacle powered by just one circuit. Satisfied.

I was so annoyed researching outlets. My only requirements were: - to stay in the wall (tight) - for plugs to stay in the outlets tight -not be ugly This is the one. Plus. If you want it even more secure, you screw in the center (I didn't because it's perfect already) I absolutely hate cheap ones that are loosey goosey. My friend came over and said he needed to buy some and now he bought these too.
