Ideal for prototyping
An ideal addition for any electronics kit. Removing the need to have any additional resistors that can be plugged into a circuit to prototype quickly and effectively.

Ir receiver works grand, ir reciever doesn't give power to the ir led doesn't seem to work on a m5stickc plus...

Rubbish
Doesn't match pictures, no silk screen so you have to guess the pinnout. The Receiver appears to work on a clean, decoupled supply. The transmitter has one component fitted, the diode standing vertically, all other component footprints empty. Simply an IR diode and using the outer two pins (not what might be implied from following the pictures) in all, only the wires are worth keeping.
