Do not buy this product if you plan to use 44 magnum
After 4 shots of 44 magnum hitting the target. The target is badly dented, it twisted the metal plate and the metal frame holding the targets is not very tough material One shot did hit the frame but it's such light weight steel that it couldn't handle the impact. A few more rounds and it will be useless and have to be recycled. Not happy with this product whatsoever. Definitely NOT AS advertised and I was using light factory ammunition so if this was heavy loads it would have completely destroyed the target.

Great target (not for high caliber)
This was a great product for what it’s intended for. All my handguns were great shooting at this target. Anybody who says “my 5.56” or “7.65 rounds blew through the target”, doesn’t know how to read the descriptions. I did shoot 5.56 at 100 yards and was able to destroy the target, and meant to. You can see the 1 big hole in the target that’s 5.56. The rest is shotgun or up to .357 magnum

One of my favorite range toys
Love the sound it makes when you get a hitFriend hit it with a cx storm and it spun so fast it flew off the mount. Not a critique just a funny story

Not as advertised
I shot this target with a .22 just to be safe.. it seemed fine so I brought out the .17 hmr and it left huge craters. I'd never put a 223 or 308 to it that would punch a hole right through..it's good for a .17 or .22 if you want to see it sway a bit but honestly I'd rather just go for a steel gong at your local gun shop. It's probably twice the price and will last forever.

Good product for the cost.
I was able to put this spinner target to the test the day after it arrived and I was very pleased with it, especially in view of the relatively low cost and the high quality of construction. The item was very easy to assemble by slipping the upper frame into the lower. The frame is quite short (accurately described in the product description) and came well packaged. The frame is designed to be pushed into the ground to anchor it for use, but most ground that is found at a range is going to be hard packed and difficult to penetrate. I drilled holes in two short 2 X 4's and used those as a base. Worked fine! The spinner worked well when struck with an accurate shot and the frame even held up well to 9MM bullet strikes. Well built and acceptably stable with a little modification.
