I Made Every Recipe
I made every recipe from this book (it took me about a 1.5 years to do so). My IG account is @cookbook.follower where you will see pictures of every recipe and my thoughts on them. I really liked this book. I liked the recipes that were a one bowl recipe the most because they were the easiest to do. I didn't think that any of the recipes were super complicated, but some took awhile due to having to wait for dough to rise and rest. There were a few duds, but that might have just been a me thing. Some standouts were the Lemon Meringue Bread, Tiramisu Bundt Cake, Mini Dutch Babies, Milk Bread Dough, and the coffee syrup. I do say that some of these recipes require equipment that I didn't have, so I had to buy it. Some of the equipment I didn't buy so I made do with what I had on hand. I also went through so much sugar, flour, and butter! I wish that I kept track of that. Most of these recipes are sweet, but there are some savory ones. Most of the recipes were more like desserts for us because the only time I had them ready to eat for breakfast was when I made them the day before and we were eating leftovers. I will definitely be pulling recipes from this book for special occasions or when I feel like I want a sweet treat!

not for beginners
This is a great baking book, but not if you are new to baking. It wasn't clear to me that this book h=was for experienced bakers until I started browsing the recipes. it is good, but, be aware

Amazing - every recipe I’ve tried is excellent
I love this cookbook, and most of the recipes I’ve tried will be lifelong favorites - so rare to find. The brown butter banana bread, and milk chocolate rye bread are incredible. They’re also versatile, I was able to adapt recipes to a Bundt pan or regular bread pan pretty easily, though if you can, just invest in the Pullman pan - it’s worth it.

This book is a treasure!
Best baking book I've owned bar none, every recipe I've tried so far true to its word and exceeds expectations, even down to the maple ( most luscious ever ) salad dressing she shares at the end of the book. Very delicious indeed!
