Review: Great luggage with the top opening feature and company support! - Great luggage and the top access is a real great functional/ergonomic feature. It is a bit more flexible in the middle where there is a zipper for extension but has survived multiple trips so far Also, when the airline destroyed on the zippers, the company gave me a replacement zipper free of charge as they mentioned the 3 year warranty. Great response and actually support of their product is all we really need from a company so I give them two thumbs up.
Review: Survived air travel - Used on vacation including roundtrip air travel. I was a bit concerned about the locks being damaged because the outer cover was made of plastic (metal inside) and it protruded a bit, but it survived nicely. Pros - Didn’t see any damage or scratches after air travel and road trips; Rolls smoothly and very maneuverable; Wheels are very quiet, except on very rough surfaces; Very solid handle (doesn’t wiggle); Surprisingly got several compliments. Cons - Sometimes hard to roll on 4 wheels in thick carpet - still very maneuverable but had to sometimes roll on 2 wheels (okay on thin carpet). The only improvements I could think of are adding a bottom grab handle to make it easier to grab luggage from airport carousel and making sizes conform to airline requirements - I ended up getting the 24-inch as the 28-inch was over the 62 linear inches airline requirement for checked luggage.

A: 1. The original combination is 0-0-0. Switch the Reset Button in the latch from "OFF" to "SET"; 2. Turn the Dials to your desired combination (e.g.:8-8-8); 3. Switch the Reset Button to "OFF", and now you can open the lock with the new combination.

**Q: Why would the handle of the luggage feel a bit shaky?**
A: After extensive testing, a slight degree of handle movement is to ensure long-term usage. Due to the principles of thermal expansion and contraction and the lateral forces, if the handle is too tight, it may become unusable and even cause damage.

**Q: Is there supposed to be some sort of key included?**
A: The key is not included in the package, it is designed for the customs exam only, it's a standard TSA lock, only the customs have the key to open.

I was a bit concerned about the locks being damaged because the outer cover was made of plastic (metal inside) and it protruded a bit, but it survived nicely. EDIT 4/10/24- After posting my review CS reached out within less than 24 hrs offering a full refund. They were very kind, patient, and ready to help fix the situation asap. I genuinely LOVE this luggage set so instead I asked them to just send me a replacement for the large suitcase that was damaged after my one trip. It arrived quickly and exactly when they promised it would. I am very happy and satisfied with the new suitcase and I left up my voluntary video review I did for them on Insta to continue to recommend to others. Updated to 5 stars. Thanks, Luggex CS Team! I have gone on only 1 trip with this luggage set and it came back without half of one wheel and one of the rubber stoppers to lay it on its side missing. I contacted the company shortly after my trip and simply asked if they had the parts for me to purchase and it has been months and I have not heard back. Got this set above others bc of the fantastic cs reviews, but I have not had that experience so I will have to take down my voluntary Instagram review and remove it from my Amazon store.
