very strongly built and works great so far. good price and perfect for working. i can recommend it

Arrived yesterday. It's solidly built, but it did not arrive with a protective case, which the illustration on the website seems to suggest should have been present (not a deal breaker with me). Couple of points that I ran into. 1) It takes a fairly long time for the system to update to the current standards (several hours). Until that is done it appears to "misbehave" but is actually just in the throes of the update. Mine updated to Android 13 with the most recent December 2025 updates and following that updating process, it has worked quite well. 2) It has capability for fingerprint lockout 3) It recognized my Google Fi data chip, but I did have to manually point the LTE to the TMobile network (which Google Fi operates on). 4) Speed on WiFi and LTE was respectable. 5) The physical buttons took some getting used to, but using them for control is much more positive than tap-tap-tapping the video screen. Overall, value for price was good.

It did not come with the hard case to stow away the stylus pen. Therefore it did not meet my expectations or my needs.

Great tablet. Great condition and works as should. Just know the pictures show a case and you don't get one. The pen is there but not the correct one. It does work with tablet

Came without case and a smaller pen than original. The tablet is in good condition and works fine. Bought another one on Ebay cheaper with the case and proper pen. It looks like the missing case and pen is a common problem here.

It said "renewed". But near as I could tell, it was brand new. YMMV. But, compared to my Lenovo tablet, this thing is FAST! Changing apps is quick, refreshing screens is quick. It did take a couple days to finally apply all the Android updates (it came with v10, and after numerous updates applied, it wound up at v13, which I suppose is the last version compatible with this tablet. But, for my needs, this is gonna work out great! I used the Samsung "Smart Switch" app to move my apps from the old tablet to this one. It doesn't bring over credentials, nor "favorite apps", but at least the apps are present, saving a lot of trips to Google Play.

Tablet itself is in good shape, works great all functions 100%, screen great. zero complaints. the rugged case is not part of this purchase despite being shown in the photos. For the price i am Not complaining only informing. i bought the LTE with pen, pen works great and the device was unlocked properly. pretty great value overall.

Bought 2 64GB Unlocked LTE tablets. Original equipment consists of charger, cable, rubber case, and black plastic stylus that fits in storage 'slot' at top of rubber case. Ohnyeah, charger and dable. What I received are 2 tablets. 2 very cheap styling that feature Samsung name, but stops there as far as resembling original stylus shipped with tcable. Charger is Samsung granted, no idea about cable. Android 11 is installed, December 27, 2021 kernel build date with January 1, 2022 security update. As of today, 28Aug2025, there are updates to Android 13, OneUI 5.1 and last security update is 1July2025. I own a Tab Active3. Worst thing I did was updating to Android12. 4GB just isn't enough with all the Samsung bloatware that is difficult to remove/ disable without root (hint, use Shuziku). I do plan on staying on Android11, and have baked updates into custom firmware. From Amazon: " What should I expect to receive with my Amazon Renewed purchase? All Amazon Renewed purchases will come with accessories equivalent to those that shipped in the box when new. These items may not be original but will be compatible and fully functional. Amazon Renewed products will be packaged in either original packaging or in a new and clean cardboard box." -->The rubber case should have been included. It was standard as part of original box when new. -->The stylus is some cheap piece of plastic, samsung branded, that will not fit the stolen rubber case. Maybe an unscrupulous seller, perhaps just ignorant of Renewed policies, or ignorant of oem accessories when originally shipped.
