I would say I am not an experienced blood tracker and this has been my first year of tracking blood. Before this light I lost 2 deer due to the blood trail. I bought this light and used it to track a trail and was able to find my deer. I feel confident ins aying that if I did not have this I wouldn't have found it on my own. Once I left out the woods and hit grass I knew I would have a difficult time. Once I seen a blade of grass feom the woods I started there. I flashed my light and seen some more blood. Then from there I kept on tracking and found my deer. Was very thankful for this light. Once it started to flash I turned it off and back on and had no issues but I just n3ver charged it straight from the box.

Works well with fresh blood, and fairly well on dried blood. I would recommend this product as it is a worthwhile aid to even experienced trackers.

Gives excellent contrast when tracking blood in low light conditions. 5 stars

The light itself shines, but it hasn’t really made blood stand out any more because it lights up everything with a little bit of red tint. Often find myself not using this to track.

Surprisingly does magnify the red blood. Better than expected.

I had a Remington Brand light that was red and green, and it died after 20 years, and no one ever offered one that would work like this until now. You will never lose another animal using this light.
