This works really well for my child’s allergies. It’s gentle, easy to use, and doesn’t have any strong smell, which is a big plus. I like that it provides 24-hour relief, so we don’t have to keep using it throughout the day. It helped reduce sneezing, runny nose, and congestion noticeably within a short time. The mist is very fine and not uncomfortable, so my child doesn’t mind using it.

I bought this for my daughter (she’s 5) because she often gets stuffy at night from allergies, especially during spring. We had been using saline spray before, which helped a little, but not enough. After trying this Flonase Sensimist for about a week, I noticed she was breathing more easily through her nose and wasn’t waking up as much. What I like is that the spray is very gentle — she doesn’t complain when I use it, which is a big deal with kids. There’s no strong smell either. It also seems to last all day, so we just use it once in the evening. That said, it didn’t work instantly for us — it took a few days to really see improvement. But overall, it’s been helpful and I’d probably keep using it during allergy seasons.

This product was recommended by my child’s doctor, and it has worked well. My five year old can self administer and does so without complaining. Child says it’s not uncomfortable and tickles a little. Considering how much I dislike the generic of adult Flonase due to it feeling like spraying water up my nose, I consider that a big win! It is expensive, but given we haven’t found an alternative that works that is more of an American healthcare system policy issue than an Amazon review issue I think.

Prescribed by a doctor. Overall, it does its job — we’ve been using it twice a year since the age of 3 and haven’t needed adenoid removal surgery so far. However, I don’t like that every time before spraying, I have to spray a few times into the air to make sure it works. It usually starts spraying on the second or third try, so about one-third of it gets wasted in the air..

This product works great but the children’s design is so much easier to use!!!
