Sunflower Jasmine Tea, Original Jasmine Blend, 16 Oz

This loose tea comes in a tin that seals tightly, with both a fitted lid and an inner plastic lid, a thoughtful touch that sets up a good experience all the way around. It smells good just in the tin, but in the cup it brews up a good golden-brown color with a very subtle jasmine scent and a pleasing body. It tastes great both unsweetened and sweetened (with honey, Splenda, or sugar in my household's case) and equally good hot, lukewarm, and iced, but I'm not sure I'd put milk in it. Not only is it economical to buy, it re-steeps very well. It being a green tea, it's not nearly as caffeinated as black teas, so it can be drunk pretty much whenever you want it. I've seen people object to it on the basis that it doesn't contain a lot of flowers and isn't strongly-flavored of flowers. Both of these things are true, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's not made to be a super-strong jasmine tea and it doesn't pretend to be one. It's meant to be a very drinkable tea that goes well with a variety of foods (especially Asian ones, go figure). It tastes exactly like the tea I got at Chinese dim sum places and in Chinatown in one of the large cities I used to call home. This isn't a knock-you-off-your-seat strong tea, but for those times when you just want a basic tea to drink, this is the one. I drank it for years when I lived near an Asian market, and now that I don't have such easy access, I'm delighted to discover it for sale on Amazon. In short, if you want a super-flowery tea filled with dried flowers, this probably won't be your cuppa. If you want a basic tea that tastes great, has a subtle jasmine scent and taste, doesn't get you jittery, and goes well with food, you might like this a lot.

Delicious tea because it is dried entire green tea leaves and jasmine flowers. Other teas include STEMS which have NO flavor. I really enjoy the taste and aroma of this jasmine green tea and am on my second tin of it. The tin keeps tea leaves out of the light to maintain it’s flavor.

I enjoyed this tea for decades. They offer it at a good price.

This tea is superior to the recent Jasmine tea bags which I use daily to make my favorite iced tea recipe. Switching to this loose tea dramatically improved the flavor of jasmine which is one of the major tea components in my recipe. I go through lots of tea monthly so this is a good value and great tea included.

I have bought many, many containers of this tea and absolutely love it. A friend of mine owns a restaurant and serves this brand of Jasmine Tea. It's the only one I buy to brew my own iced Jasmine Tea at home.

Very good tea. It is a good quality green jasmine loose leaf tea, but it does not have a really strong jasmine flavor; it's very mild.

This tea has the slightest jasmine flavor. It smelled fine when I first opened the tin, the next morning there was no jasmine smell at all dry, and even when steeping I could not detect a jasmine smell. Letting my tea cool to room temperature, there is just the slightest of jasmine taste.

パッケージデザインが可愛くずっと気になっていましたが、取り扱いが少なく少しグレードが上？の胡蝶牌(青缶)よりも価格が高いのでスルーしてました。今回はタイミングよく期限まで少し短いものが安くなっていたので購入。胡蝶牌より香りの深みはないような気はしますが、市販のペットボトル商品と比べるとしっかりとした爽やかな良い香りがします。ただ熱いお湯で淹れると渋みがかなり出るように感じました。水出しだと渋みはほとんど感じず、香りや味はちゃんと出るので水出し茶として飲んでいます。商品自体は良いのですが、安く手に入りにくいのでリピートはないかなと☆3つに。

I cant say I have tried a lot of brands of jasmine tea but this tea is delightful and not a terrible price. If you are looking for a jasmine tea then i highly recommend this brand
