## Questions & Answers

**Q: I'm trying to order the burgundy leather but it shows up in my cart as different shoe - the burgundy patent leather ... what is going on?**
A: I ordered 2 black and 2 burgundy. The burgundy was listed as patent leather, but it's not, so far as I can tell. The shine is a little different from the black, but it's not the super-bright shine or the hardness of patent leather.

**Q: Do these shoes have a big or wide toe box?**
A: For me the toe box was too narrow. I have foot issues and can’t wear shoes that crowd my toes. I had to return these shoes. I wish they had fit because they were cute!

**Q: Are these comfortable to wear without socks?**
A: I never wear socks with my shoes, and they are perfect--great shoes!

**Q: Confused about size.Read they are too big, too small, too narrow, too wide. What do I order?**
A: I usually wear a size 6 so that is what I ordered (6M) - my other Clarks are a size 6 - heels - and they fit perfect and are wonderful, comfortable shoes. I bought these shoes for a job I just started where I am on my feet 4+ hours at a time, walking and standing. My toes felt like they were just smashed after about 2-3 hours and I couldn't wait to get these shoes off my feet. I'm thinking they are not true Clarks, or else they do not run the same as my other Clarks. I have to return them but not sure if I should try a different size of just get a completely different shoe. They are very stylish - I absolutely love the look. I bought the black interest color and they are so cute.
