Some details: Functionality: 5/5 - I purchased these for vasectomy recovery, and started wearing them on day #2. They kept everything nice and secure and snug, just like I had hoped. I'm not sure if they were designed with that specific purpose in mind, but either way they worked. (They're also very comfortable in general, so if you're not getting a vasectomy, I'd still recommend these for comfort.) Comfort: 5/5 - They're a very nice material and feel great on the skin.
