They simply do not drill steel any better than a cheap twist bit. I will say they can drill concrete ok but nothing amazing. I don't know what bits they sent the salesman at the tool show but his must be a lot better quality than mine. I have trouble with mine chipping and dulling quickly, like the first hole quick. When I returneded them, (because they had a moneyback guarantee), suddenly my free shipping was about nine dollars. So if you take a chance on their product, it won't work well, and when you return it, you will be responsible for both the shipping to you, and the shipping back to them.I contacted them, and they said they reserve the right to refund the purchase price only.So be warnedIt amazes me that people can offer such a shoddy product, but there are enough buyers out there where they can burn everybody one time and still make a profit.My advice to you is look for something from some other company.
