Great for hot tub

I've stuck 3 tablets in for our large paddling pool and its stopped any slime forming at the bottom. I take it out when the kids are playing and put it back in when they're done and the water stays clean for a good 4-5 days (I think ours just gets filthy with grass and sun lotion!) They do take ages to dissolve but then you can smell them when you pull it out so it is doing something. Would recommend sticking in the night before you plan to use the pool

The floater is good and disperses the tabs well. Never had any water issues using this product and it’s easy to use and low maintenance. The large tub lasted the whole summer for a 12ft pool. I didn’t like the test strips I much prefer another brand as I found these harder to read and quite confusing! You have to put the floater in gently as the lid isn’t secure enough to throw it-I found out the hard way when puks fell out and bleached my liner! The product is still good and I’d still recommend just put it in and take it out more carefully than me!

Arrived quickly & works a treat

The test strips aren’t fit for purpose and are actually dangerous. Used one of them to test the water in our hot tub. Chlorine showing as white (very low level) so added more chlorine to the tub. Tested again an hour later, showed low but OK, went in with my family and our skin was hurting and sore when we were in the tub. Got out and tested again using one remaining test strip from an old pack (different brand) and chlorine was off the scale, bright purple, much too high! Have had to throw these away and will not buy again. Horrible.

Ideal for paddling pools, I used broken down chlorine tablets which fitted nicely. Unit does the job, I have the larger one for the bigger pool. Saves all the refilling and cleaning if left with no continuous chlorine dosing. (Pea soup) Unit arrived on time, my larger unit I have had for ten years so if this one lasts then money well spent.

Keeps my ice bath from becoming a dissolved slug coloured Bovril. Although that would likely taste better than Bovril.
