Great Customer Service *by M***. on August 17, 2018* My first pair of these cages broke on the first ride (or so I thought). I was using a typical specialized cycling bottle and the arms of the cages on both of them had a noticeable crack. After giving them one star review for the quality of the cages, they assured me that the cages had to of broken during shipping, not on my first ride. They sent me two more cages for free very shortly after posting the review with images. They asked me to try the new ones out and see if I had the same issue. I have been on about 15 long distance rides with these things with no issues yet, and I love the design. So I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars. I would recommend these cages and I like to see a manufacturer that stands behind their product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A cage I am not sad I am in :) *by B***B on November 30, 2016* super clean, super carbon and no issues with fit. These things were a steal! I just wish I could choose different colors for the bolts and washers since they were only blue but still looks good. I will equip all my bikes with these.
