Does this last long on nails?

Absolutely! Dip powder, done correctly, will not need to be taken off/redone for 2-3 weeks (depending on how fast your nails grow).

Is there any other base you can use without the top getting stuck? Without having to use wirepliers?

Here's a little tip. Before closing off the bottle of the base put some cuticle oil around the rim of the bottle.

Can i use this powder with my asp bonder liquids

I just did a nail using the primer, base/top coat and gel activator from ASP's Quick Dip line and it worked for me.

Can i leave off the top coat to get a matte finish? or is there a gel matte topcoat?

I would recommend a top coat to protect the nail. If you do not want to buy a matte top coat simply boil water and place your wet nails in the steam. this will eliminate the shine. do be careful not to burn yourself in the process. :)
