ROXON M3 13 in 1 Multi Tool EDC Knife And Scissors with Toothpick & Tweezers Practical Small and Exquisite Multitool

I’ll say first that I love this thing. It’s going to replace my regularly carried knife/tool. The knife is sharp out of the box. The scissors are really great. I got this to replace my aging Leatherman Micra and it’s going to end up replacing both of my tools that I carry every day. The cons; first, I wish it had a standard flat blade screwdriver built in rather than just the extra bit. Secondly, I’d like to see the bit holder be magnetic. Not only the bits being magnetic into the holder but also the holder gripping to the tool. It does NOT fall apart as is, I just think it could be an issue “someday”. These are both very small, no real issue things though, still five stars. I’d definitely recommend getting one. I may end up buying more as gifts.

Quite sturdy, not too large. Scissors easily deployed and work well. The blades lock securely open. Can/bottle opener blade works well to open packages too. Minimal but satisfactory tweezers, nominal file on the outside of case. I carry the bare tool in my pocket, don't use the case which holds the magnetic socket adapter along with a few smaller torx, allen and phillips/flat bits. I have found the micro screwdriver (eyeglass repair?) bit halfway out of it's storage hole while in my pocket...

I was impressed with the fit and finish of this tool. It is certainly different and stands out from the mainstays like Victorinox. It is good enough for my usage for the price I paid. My only gripe is the removable flathead/Philips bit. It easily comes off and I eventually lost it. Overall, good value, unique look/design and right size for my purposes. Did I mention I love the scissors?

I bought one for work and one for home! The Precision bit kit is cool, as is the case.

This little tool is excellent quality....build quality is great...nice in sharp out the box...you keep it on you and i Guarantee you will use it...very convenient....thank you

other than coming with a case this is a great tool. I used it plenty on my vacation, and it can even stand up to stuff at work like thick cling wrap and green bands. unsurprisingly it comes with a cheap case, the tool itself is great, the screw driver bit holder is loose, and it could also come with a better flat tip. but as a tool it works well everything is useful and handy. and it's very not bulky, I love the folder lock and tools that open on the inside so it's a lot more comfortable than most multi tools.

The thing I've noticed with Roxon is it's really hit or miss. The first M3 I got must've slipped through quality control because it was unusable(had an insane amount of play in the handle, tweezer wouldn't separate, felt very cheap like it was going to fall apart). So this is my replacement for the returned M3 and if I had gotten this one first it would be a 5 Star rating. I've had similar issues with other Roxon models. That being said...Amazing quality affordable highly functional scissors based multitool. It's a very small piece but the scissors are very robust and easy to use, no stiffness. The knife, reemer/awl and combo tool are all extremely sharp. The tweezers and nail file and double sided micro driver are a really nice touch. I can't speak to the quality of the bits/driver but the fact they throw bits into the pouch and an adapter can't be a bad thing. I'm tempted to give the other models a second try now because this M3 is that good.

Lest you think Roxon is a poor man's SAK or Leatherman, I have the Roxon S803E Flash and the Roxon ks2e Elite and let me assure you that Roxon makes very capable multitools. The Roxon M3 is no different; it is superbly engineered. To paraphrase the manufacturer, the M3 is the tool that you need to deal with daily life. Here are the features I like and that you might like too: - fits nicely in the palm of the hand. - the satin finish gives it a premium look - the major tools (knife, awl, Philips screwdriver, and box opener/bottle opener/can opener) locks open securely - the scissors is made from 3Cr13 alloy, a stainless steel popular for applications that must withstand high stress loads. It is certainly more robust than the one on the Leatherman Micra. - the knife blade and the rest of the tools are made of 2Cr13 (also known as 420 stainless steel) a high chromium content steel used for surgical instruments. The steel is known for its hardness. - The tweezers, eyeglass screwdriver and toothpick are unobtrusively tucked away at the end of a handle and doesn't get in the way of using the major tools. - comes with a corduroy pouch that has an interior pocket for the small bits. An AAA flashlight clips nicely to the pouch’s exterior. The Roxon M3 is the Goldilocks of multitools - not too big, not too small, but just the right size and with the most useful tools. I highly recommend it as a personal purchase or for a gift.
