Ontel Wonder Arms Total Workout System Resistance Training Bands, White

Was going to buy another one but not at $39. I purchased this product when it was available at about $12 - and now with this price increased to $39, which I consider overpriced - I’m so glad I had purchased 2 back then. This is a great product - overpriced now - yet a great product. All of my upper arm workouts are done lying on my back, so to keep the strain off of my spine. Having incomplete spinal cord injury - doing upper body strengthening lying down is important. I also use my bodyblade this way. With this arm exerciser, I’m now at the orange resistance band. Started with the blue resistance band. My workouts are nice, and easy, and slow, since I use a wheelchair to get around. Begin with low resistance and high reps. Using this arm exerciser has helped keep my arms and shoulders in shape to maintain the strength and durability needed to push this wheelchair. And especially to make transferring with confidence because my arms and shoulders can do the job with ease. It has also helped with my core strength as well. The structural integrity and durability of this product is there if it is used properly. I’ve read reviews where this product had broken during use - and mine has not, and I’ve been using it for a few years now, on an every other day basis. I highly recommend this arm exerciser. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive now, And I was not paid to make this review.

OMG! I absolutely am in love with this arm blaster workout tool!!! At least that's what it should be called in my opinion. Ontel Wonder Arms Workout Tool is freaking amazing! I WAS so hesitant to purchase this device at first because I read a lot of horrible reviews about how dangerous it can be and how it's durability is not up to par with usage endurance. That it falls apart after being used after the first time of usage "allegedly." Well I've had mine for 3 weeks now and I use it every other day. My first week I started with the blue band, I could only do it for 5 minutes at a time, then after the second week I am layering bands, using the blue & yellow bands together for at least 10 minutes, now my third week I am using the orange band for 20 minutes at a time and miraculously it's still going strong right along with me. I also, follow their instructions to the letter. I even waited to share my experience with you on here just case it broke on me, but it hasn't. I purchased it inspite of some the scary reviews I read on here because I am desperateto tone my arms flabby skin, lose the lingering fat around my upper arms to. And I don't believe in plastic surgery unless it's absolutely necessary. I suffer from hyper mobility joint disorder, RA, Fibromyalgia, and other autoimmune disorders so working out with heavyweights, working out as a whole has been out of the question for me for sometime now. I used to be an athlete, I was very toned and slim. Was in great shape and healthy. I got very ill all of sudden and gained all this weight, well fast forward 15 years I am now desperate to get fit and have been looking for a workout tool that I could do without causing more injuries to my joints nor bones. Then I found Ontel Wonder Arms, it works perfectly well for me! My arms are starting to slim down and tone. I love, love Ontel Wonder Arms Workout Tool!!! Overall its a good little workout piece. But then more lbs. makes it wobbly when your pushing in and out it looks like its going to break or fall apart.

I love it when I first got it. The blue band was not sturdy enough so I went up to the yellow...band broke so I went up to the orange and guess what...band broke! They snapped right in half. I think they were dry rotted. To bad because it was a great arm tool.

I have used this for two years, and bought spares because of reports of bands tearing, Spares are cheap if you really use it. love it because it WORKS. I use two HEAVIEST bands at a time, and never had any tears. I mostly use triceps, and 20 pound dumbells for pecs and biceps, and do situps. Wonderful strength builder. I did break one plastic device, but cheap and easy. Buy spares after you see how great it is.

Love the product , it works on building some muscle but this is my 3rd one after time it gives out snaps breaks apart

Working your arms could be so easy. Great item for seniors, easy to use, light weight, several resistance bands for different levels of intensity

It broke within three weeks But I did love itwhen it did work. Im a personal trainer and I don’t usually use gadgets like this. But, I and others noticed a huge difference in my arms! I bought one for my daughter! The Tricep is so hard for women and it works that area so well! They have a great concept. It just needs to be better quality! I would pay more if it was a better quality! Id buy one for all my friends if it was better! Or I might have to buy one for each month! 🤣

So easy and quick to set up, you can do it multiple times in a day. The varying strengths of the bands mean you can progressively increase your resistence without feeling like you can't move your arms if you went straight into high resistence training. I love it.

Product arrived promptly and appears well made and durable. I've only used the yellow band so far but already feel the benefits. Its simple to use and folds up compactly. If the stronger bands work just as well, I'll be very pleased with this purchase. Its just what I wanted to increase arm strength.
