When I begin to notice thrush symptoms returning, I take a qtip dipped in the bottle and dab directly on my tongue~usually within 1-2 days it has cleared up and the sensitivity on my tongue has gone away! Be sure to let it dry as much as possible (I just stick out my tongue for a few seconds) as it will stain anything it touches, lips, gums etc., my tongue is usually only purple for a day or so , but it’s totally worth it for me! **Q: When is the expiration date?** A: It should be on the packaging **Q: Is Genteal Violet good for fungus?** A: Yes, Gentian violet is an antiseptic dye used to treat fungal infections of the skin (e.g., ringworm, athlete's foot). There was no leakage. What's goin on please ?** A: Complain to the seller - they should replace without question or return. If the label hasn't been purpled, then there was nothing in the bottle to start with. If you're of a curious mind, pour a teaspoon of rubbing alcohol into the bottle, close it, shake it around, and see if the alcohol comes back out purple - if it does, there was once gentian violet solution in the bottle but it got removed very tidily. How? Can't imagine. Since it stains memorably, do your experiment outdoors on grass, or else over the plastic lining of a wastebasket - you do NOT want it on a countertop or within any bathroom fixtures!
