Will amazon price match what Home Depot sells it for? Their price is only $199

No. I just tried to price match with home depot and they said they won’t do it becasue it’s not an amazon product and it’s a third party retailer. Which means unless it’s Lowe’s or Ace or some other place they won’t price match. Currently this is listed at 299$ at home depot signal hill CA. Amazon is 45$ cheaper which is within the 50$ they usually price match I was told by a supervisor, but then a manager told me no, so either signal hill CA HD don’t honor the rule or they just don’t do it.
