I send letter-sized documents frequently. These envelopes work and hold up.

I run a small process serving and notary business, and these have become my go-to envelopes for mailing affidavits, court documents, invoices, and other paperwork. I’ve also used them when leaving documents at a customer’s door in situations where that’s permitted. The 28 lb paper feels much sturdier than standard envelopes, which helps protect important documents from getting bent during handling. The peel-and-seal adhesive has been reliable for me and creates a strong seal without needing tape or moisture. I’ve never had one come open during mailing. The 9x12 size is perfect because I can send full-size documents without folding them, giving everything a more professional appearance. The bright white finish also looks clean and professional when meeting with clients or sending paperwork to attorneys. The only thing I’d like to see is an option to buy them in larger bulk quantities at a slightly lower price since I go through quite a few every month. Overall, these have been dependable, well-made envelopes that hold up to regular business use, and I’ll continue buying them.

Good basic large envelopes at a value price. Amazon has the lowest price for these that I have seen, and for what they are, they are nice. They are white and the contents is concealed, and they have the self-closure which is nice. The best part besides the large quantity and low price is that they are packed in a box and shipped in a second box, so they are very well protected which means no smudges, no bends, no corner creases and a pristine envelope every time. All this makes the product close to "A+". However, the envelopes are a bit flimsy. It is hard to imagine a "catalog" going into one and not arriving tattered in the shipping process. These are thin. I got them to ship comic books and 8x10 top loaders which are themselves protected by the PVC. With the comic books, they are sandwiched between cardboard and a plastic sleeve. So, these work for my purposes but I would think that a 40-50 page catalog inside of one of these envelopes would arrive with the sides and corners tattered as these envelopes are thin. Let me paint the picture better so you can fully understand what you are getting. Do you recall the letter and legal size manilla envelopes you can purchase at the Discount or Office store? These are thinner paper than those. So, overall, we rate these a "B+". Not perfect but for the quantity, self-closure, price and adequate quality, they are good to very good, depending upon your use for them.

The delivery took a long while, however the product is good and the pricing is attractive.
