Can it be used on dyed hair?

It can be used on dyed hair, but it will strip the color. What I do is when I'm ready to color my hair, I will do the texturizer first, shampoo, add a deep conditioner and then add the hair color - on top of the deep conditioner - and let sit for the amount time needed for the color to take. Since I'm covering stubborn grey hairs, I leave the hair color in for 45 minutes.

Can u use this on relaxed hair? Does it make it curly?

This makes your hair straight. It will not curl your hair. If you have natural coiley hair it will loosen your curl. If you leave it on too long it will be the same as a relaxer.
