Got these from Amazon Haul. I've had Spri flat bands that have lasted for years. I train my son and some of his teammates using machines, bodyweight, free weights and many, many different types of bands. (I leave the cardio to the football coaches). These are handy- especially for stretching and isometric tension exercises. They also travel well. Recommended.

Best for building muscle!
These bans are working well. If use everyday, but must keep them fresh and check on them often to see where they are wearing. I didn’t check my others old ones and one broke on me and gave me a big bruise. So make sure you keep and eye on them and replace as needed. I’m glad I found these. They are reasonable in price and good to build muscle.

Strong latex odor
Nice bands. I don't like that they have a strong latex odor even after washing several times.

Great quality
Honestly purchased these accidentally as I thought the were circular bands not flat. I was going to return them then saw the great quality and decided to keep and replace the cheaper set I already have.
