## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can spinich and kale be used**
A: Mainly used for fruit, for vegetables - carrots, celery can be used, it is recommended not to use spinich

**Q: Replacement parts, such as a filter. Where can I get that?**
A: No idea if they are available. Had ours for 5 months and it just quit.

**Q: Does it juice hard veggies like beets and butternut squash?**
A: I know for a fact it can get through beets and things like carrots. Never tried the butternut squash

**Q: I have a lot of trouble putting the orange piece together & taking it apart.  Anybody else have that problem and/or solution?**
A: In order to re-assemble the juicer after cleaning you must first install the orange conical screen so that it is seated as far as possible onto the drive screw and make sure that it is square with the housing. Once a complied the orange cap should fit on easily, just make sure that you twist it on fully, about a quarter of a turn.

Well, when it did work, it juiced well. I only used it less than a dozen times and it stopped working. There is no customer service number inside manual. It was SO difficult to put together and take apart. It took all my strength. Even though it says it’s currently not available, if it ever came on the market again, I would highly recommend you do NOT purchase this juicer.
