Oaridey 2 Pack Retractable Keychain, Heavy Duty Badge Reels

My 12 year old son kept breaking badge reels for his school ID. He would get them caught on doors, chairs and everything else around him. Either the string would break, the clasp that holds the badge would break, the reel would stop retracting. I happened upon these while browsing Amazon. I figured why not. Since getting these he has not been able to break this one. The reel is heavy duty. The "string" is a steel cable and the clasp is reinforced. The clasp that connects the badge to your belt/shirt is a carabiner style and very heavy duty. I was so impressed that I started using one for my work badge. I was so impressed that I recommended to a co-worker who also bought one. Highly recommend.

So far I’m impressed. I like these very much! Seems strong and very versatile. Retracts quickly and easily the clip is easily secured to my duty belt. Good value and sturdy material.

This keychain is really good for construction use however it did snap after six months of use. This is durable. You get what you pay for so I guess the value is there. It was a tight enough clip to my husband belt that it did secure. You didn't have to worry about falling off. Definitely kept a handful of keys on the string. Standard easy to use.

Got a 2 pack anticipating them wearing out sooner than later (they always do). Still on my first one and showing no signs of impending failure. The winding spring feels pretty strong and can support a decent amount of weight. The carabiner part is also holding up well. Cable is coated in a plasticy sheath so the action is smooth and doesn’t irritate/pinch
