Cold Steel Razor Tip Broadhead Dart B625BR (40 Pack)

I bought a Tim Wells blowgun and obviously felt like I needed additional darts so I ordered these. Now that it's a year later, the opportunity arose to test one on a nuisance raccoon that killed a couple of my chickens. It was in a leg trap (I'm not claiming to be an expert work a blow gun) but this dart made a clean pass right through its vitals from about 8 ft away. The plastic cap got damaged a bit but the metal shaft looks brand new after being cleaned and the tip is still just as sharp.

great for target practice. Very sharp and it is not for kids to play with.

I got these for a blowgun I made at home from 1/2” sch40 PVC. You will have to sand the cones ever so slightly to get them to fit the PVC. That being said. They fly super straight and are lighter than I thought they would be but they get excellent penetration with the sharpened heads. Excellent grouping performance. The cones are fit on the darts well but easy enough to get off to sand for my modification. The tips have held up great. I don’t know what others are using for targets but I have shot my through aluminum cans, cardboard, wood and styrofoam and I have only burred the point when I hit one of the other darts, and I fixit in like 2 seconds with a sharpening stone. 40 razor darts that I didn’t have to make is a great value for what I paid for them. I will get them again when needed.

pretty good value I think. they will bend if shot into hard targets. however they are fairly inexpensive darts. they seem too fly straight and build quality is good. they remain straight when shot into cork board target. sharpness is ok out of the box, if i was using them for hunting small game I would give the edge a bit of attention with a wet stone.

Wow just wow... Very accurate, insanely deadly, and just bad ass to have in your quiver on your blowgun. Id only suggest using these once your aim gets dead one as the are like 30 to 50 dollars per 40 depending on s&h. Use the mini broadhead darts. These razor tips will bend if you shoot into trees or other hard surfaces, and hard to get out of that hard object. I had to get pliers and even put my foot on the tree to get it out. Which was incredibly embarrassing considering i have a good bit of muscle. When you hit an animal with these it is more than likely going to die withing a day or two. And thats if you hit it in a non vital area. If you hit a vital area it will be dead within half an hour of bleeding out. First day i got these i shot a squirrel dead square in the eye. I was aiming in between the eyes on its forehead from about 30 feet away so they are incredibly accurate. Deffiantly going to be having a 40 pack of these at all times. Deffiantly worth buying!

They’re sharp and accurate. My biggest complaint about these darts is the price for the durability. The weak point is where the razor meets the dart shaft, it’s pretty thin and will bend easily. I would not recommend shooting these darts at wood, because the tip often gets bent when you try to remove the dart. That being said, the sharpness is great and the fact that it buries itself so far into wood backstops is impressive.

Overall these are really great You do have to sharpen them they come pretty dull out of the box. you can hit a tree once second time it's bent pretty bad, but I would rather hunt with these than the standard points I have taken three squirrels, many frogs, one rabbit and a Marmot with these so far and plan to take more. I love hunting with slingshots, blow guns, bows, and my atlatl. The only downside is since these are a bit heavier you need more lung power to accurately shoot these. BBQ squirrel and frog is amazing
