Easier to crack up and make pulp as well. Took a little more of a dose to make a stronger tasting straight up cinnamon tea.For cinnamon lovers a must try and could become an addition to your baking arsenal.It did not take me to Shagri La nor Nirvana. Just my living room.Cinnamon is, as cinnamon does. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Makes a delicious tea *by B***A on January 2, 2019* I use it for tea, boil 2 cinnamon sticks with a piece of pealed fresh ginger, the flavor and taste is subtle, not too sweet and noticeably different from the other types of cinnamon I have used. Is ceylon cinnamon and has only traces of cummarin, enough for me to like this product. Cummarin is present in substantial degree in other types of cinamons, and cumarin can damage the liver. Ceylon cinnamon is rolled as a cigar this is the main difference in appearance with the other types, but really one have to trust the food vendors that they will do no harm! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They are softer than cassia so they should grind easily in my spice grinder *by M***N on August 28, 2017* Fresh and fragrant true cinnamon, packed in a vacuum sealed bag.
