Multiple uses can break one open for weekly teeth cleaning.
Great, I also break them open to use for a teeth clean and one capsule can last 4 cleans to remove stains once a week (a month's cleaning). No stomach issues, easy to swallow, no bloating, easy to use, cheaper on offer.

Effective.
Effective. Be aware, take meds and supplements 2hrs before or 2hrs after taking a dose, as they will be removed with everything else. That info is not mentioned on product.. When they do what they are designed to do, expect your toilet to resemble a coal mine!

Not keen
You seem to need to take loads of these according to instructions so don't last long Not the easiest to take No real taste to them so okay in that way Didn't seem to make enough of a difference for the amount of them I had to take
