Q: Has anyone taken this religiously for 30 days or more and noticed any difference (specifically from taking it)? TY in advance!

I am sad to say I have not found it helpful and I will not be renewing it I did stick with it for 30 days but found no advantage to taking it

No, there is not any stimulants in this product. It is a supplement that supports your thyroid. It is not for treating hypothyroidism. It has iodine that helps the thyroid's function, plus other supplements. The thyroid is a complex gland and does many complex functions, which one is regulate your metabolism. If you are on any prescription medications to treat hypothyroidism or any other prescriptions, I would check with your provider if this is first a good choice for you and second if any of the ingredients in this supplement will not interfere with any prescriptions that you might be taking.

Q: Is this recommended for someone who has had a total thyroidectomy?

I am 74 yrs old. I have had a total thyroidectomy with one parathyroid removed years ago. I found this supplement to give me more energy. I suggest you ask your P CP before taking the supplement, it does contain iodine which is one of the main ingredients in prescribed thyroid medication.
