I am not sure why there are these many positive reviews but honestly I stopped using after day 2. I started to feel dizzy for the whole day went for doctor consultation and found out that my blood pressure had spiked. I am a person with perfectly normal vitals and to my surprise my blood pressure went up overnight. I would recommend to check if this suits you if not please stop using this.
