She had them and because the livers are kinda goopy and would go thru the dehydrator grates, I decided it was a good idea. These fit perfectly and dried product was easy to take off. Just took a little soak and wash and cleaned beautifully. No impediment on air flow, still dried quickly and well. Glad I went this way and will use these for our jerky, fruits, etc.
