Like most important researched all the others and tried this 1. It's great! Again nothing will cure migraines but if you need to take the edge off to sleep or you just get regular headaches... this 1 is awesome. 1st its soft and DOES NOT SMELL LIKE CHEMICALS! I have a larger head and fits a very comfortable snug and again very soft. I take it out the freezer and deal with the cold as I have really had headaches but for normal people headaches id say freeze let it set out for like 10 min then apply. I think the time it stays cold is great but im pulling it from the freezer direct.
