We just started doing sourdough and had no idea what we were missing with a bread knife like this! Highly recommend. Slices so easily- you get the perfect cut everytime! (Promise the knife is great even if my technique is not perfect haha!)

Purchased for cutting my sourdough loaves. My knives were crushing, mangling, and completely destroying my bread. The offset on handle helps keep knive from crushing, and blade is perfect sharpness.

Nice knife for the price. Works better than a more expensive bread knife I have. Very happy with the purchase. The blade cuts well and the handle is nice and ergonomic for my hand. Made in Taiwan and is well crafted. I’d put this alongside my consumer grade German made knives, but the price makes it a steal. If you’re looking for a good quality knife that is easy on your pocketbook, I can easily recommend this one.

These are razor sharp but they're a little bit thin. Great for bread work but not so much for cutting a lot of Crostinni's through baguettes. It is an awesome fresh bread sandwich knife for line cooking.... Not and all-day prep knife... But I really like it.

Many of us consider the knives we use in the kitchen as extensions of who we are as chefs or just everyday cooks. A few weeks ago the bread knife that had been my mother's bread knife finally gave in and the handle crumbled. I wanted to find something that I would enjoy using, that would cut through everything that I wanted it to cut through, and would be a good addition to my kitchen collection. I found what I was looking for in this attractive ergonomic and amazing knife that also came at a price below what I would normally pay for a knife. It's construction seems solid so I'm hopeful it will last for years and as I cut through a hard piece of bread this morning I just smiled.

this knife has a soft but firm rubber handle. It cuts like butter, so effortless, it's also weighs hardly to nothing. For the price it's worth every penny.

I can't believe the quality for the price.
