    Simultaneously expensive and poor quality. A real POS.

This is a very poorly designed or perhaps manufactured product. Then clasp to hold the pole extended is not strong enough to hold their cleaning heads without collapsing. The thread was not tight enough and the mop head rotated when I tried to wash it (and it also collapsed). Save yourself trouble, go to HomeDepot and buy an Unger brand for less money (about 24 at mine).
