I have been using this trifala (actually has four falas) for 2 years ( for me and my wife and my uncle) now very good for bowel and digestion related issues or problems. Makes your morning very good and gives you energy throughout the day because of gut clearing. It isn't too harsh on bowel clearance and that is what I like the most about the product. Highly recommended.
